By the end of the beginning level Class, you will be able to:
1. pronounce the new Chinese words with the aid of Chinese phonetic alphabet
2. master 600 basic Chinese characters
3. understand everyday words and phrases and use the words to express basic personal needs, personal likes and dislikes and personal information
4. apply the language, the cultural knowledge and communication skills learned from the class to survive in China in the first visiting
2. "False beginners" --- have some experience of Learning Chinese before, but forget most of them.
1. Beginning level course contains 33 lessons (33 hours in total) including review lessons. The students will have two lessons/hours per week. The 33 lessons are divided into two learning phases. Lesson1-15 is the first learning phase, and Lesson16-33 is the second phase.
2. Learning materials are designed by professional teachers who teach Chinese as foreign language to non-Chinese native speakers in the real life, and are tailored to be practical for authentic communication.
3. Lessons will be taught by the teachers who design the course. The same lessons in different time slots are offered to maximize the possibility for people from different time zone to attend the class.
4. Supplementary activities are well-designed to facilitate the application of the language, including task-based activities, 3D learning games and Chinese salon where learners can communicate with Chinese native speakers.
5. The registered students will have the privilege to download and use all the study materials provided by 3 Immersions Chinese School for free.
6. Well-designed and purposeful after-class exercises will be assigned to reinforce the learning, and they will be checked and the feedback will be provided.
7. A forum in 3j School website is created for students to post their questions, and the teachers will answer the questions as soon as possible. In addition, the forum is also a place where the learners share their learning experience with each other and interact with Chinese native speakers.
Please provide the time you will be available for the Chinese class in registration. We will offer the class in several different time slots according to the information all the students provide so that the meeting time can be suitable for most of the students, if not all of you.
The two learning phases are charged separately. The students will pay the study fee when register the class. We promise the first lesson to be a free trial. If you are not satisfied with our class, you will get all the refund before you take the second lesson.

By $5/hour, you pay for:
1. One hour class meeting
2. Use of the study materials in SL and our website for free in anytime
3. Chinese Salon Get-together twice a week
4. The feedback from the teacher to the follow-up exercises
5. The feedback from the teacher to the questions posted to the forum in the website
